Quest , Originally built in Denmark in 1992 with the highest ice class to serve as a ferry on Greenland's west coast. In 2004/05 she underwent a complete refurbishment before starting her career as a small and comfortable expedition ship in Arctic waters. Quest takes a maximum of just 53 passengers in 26 well-appointed cabins, all with sea-view and private facilities. In the dining room you are treated to delicious meals in between landings and in the panorama lounge you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding polar landscape.
A series of entertaining lectures during the course of your voyage on the area's flora, fauna, history and glaciology are also given here. In the lounge there is also a well-stocked bar and a small library.
Passengers are always welcome on the bridge and there is always something to see or search for from the spacious observation decks. The ship has Scandinavian officers and there is a friendly and informal atmosphere on board. English is the official language on board.
