Alerce Mountain Lodge 1.5 hours outside Puerto Montt is a cosy hideaway, a log and slate building set amongst a redwood forest that is over 4,000 years old.

The communal areas have large open log fires animal rugs on the polished wooden floorboards. Guests have the option to stay in their own separate cabin or in the main Alcerce Mountain Lodge all with ensuite facilities.
